On a crisp spring day before spring had sprung, I was trying to wait patiently for what promised to be a beautiful sunset over the front range of the Rocky Mountains. As I was waiting I looked a little skyward to see if there was another perspective that was intriguing. And I saw this.
The clouds caught in the empty, nascent budded branches was too good to pass up. Which is good, because I didn’t get the sunset shot I was looking for.
