    This is a lovely poem, and a delightful willow. Your alliteration is just wonderful. Makes me ponder the irony in the captivity of those willowy branches.

  • I got to thinking about how nature is a silent & no doubt reluctant witness to war & just what horrors the trees must see. Vague memory of seeing something on the news that prompted this. Thanks for the incite into this Polly (your one of few, not that that matters) :-) kind regards
