A dawn shoot with Jenni Tanner. Awesome scenery, worth getting up early for.

Have been into photography since the late 60s but more so since joining online communities 7 years ago and learning so much more about my craft. I consider myself an artist and photographer.
As I’m retired I have been spending a lot of time travelling the world, the Antarctic this year being one of the most amazing places I have visited. I also own www.shutterbugs.biz, a photographic comping site.

that’s absolutely beautiful Robyn! Love the layers and the colours. Looks like you nad Jen had a great start to the day!
Yes it was very cold and stupid me standing there with a cotton shirt on but really worth it. Have always loved this spot for the morning mist.

Definitely worth getting up early for Robyn! I looked at this and thought “Gee, I don’t remember posting that” It’s almost identical to one I took LOL! Note to self (and to you Robyn!!) “Take a warmer jacket next time!!” Thanks for Breaky ;-)
Yep I must remember my coat next time. I looked at yours and it’s taken at the same time but the difference is I could zoom in more and by doing that it changed the colour of the sky. I remember getting a shock when I looked at it the sky colour. Check the two out on ADPOTD. Thanks Jenni.

What a gorgeous scene, Robyn!! Wow!
Thanks Mel. This is the place that I mentioned about doing a sunrise shoot when you were here in January. It’s generally good for pockets of mist in the valley
