I had pretty much stopped drawing until about eight years ago. At that time I started working with adults with learning disabilities. I have been involved in several art projects with different groups since then. Having to use art skills in a work setting forced me to relearn the techniques I had almost forgotten. I still consider myself an amateur, and in many ways I am a beginner, but I shall continue to try to improve both the content and technique of my work. I currently work at a centre for adults with autism and no longer run art sessions, so I have to get my fix in my spare time. Hopefully you will see a gradual improvement in the work here!

He followed her feet ‘cross the black and white tiles, / His heart pounded fast – the distance seemed miles / From table to door / as her feet crossed the floor
