In my poetry I enjoy using liguistic compounds, which might appear a bit strange in the eyes of English readers… / My vernacular is Dutch and English has very long been my second language. / In Dutch grammatical compounds are common and mostly written as one word. Poets, playing with language in their creative ways, invent their own little gems, like ‘fluistergras’ (‘whisp…
