St Wilfred's Church Hickleton by

Photo taken with Canon EOS450D then processed through DAP using Med-Sketch It AOP twice. I increased the contrast on the church and ran that through DAP and saved. I then went back to the original and used DAP again but set Portrait with simplify B. Took the church from the first run and put it into the picture from the other run.

Great results on this. I have never used DAP but it looks intriguing.

  • Thank you, Dale, and for the favourite. I find this effect difficult to use, but there are so many effects to try.
Do have a play with DAP: you can try it for free here

  • Thank you for featuring my picture. I regret to say this is the only picture I’ve managed to get to work with this effect – must try harder, as my school reports always said!!!!

Congratulations on your feature Ric. Very interesting process with the DAP.

  • Thank you Elaine. It is an unusual effect and I get infuriated I cannot make it look good on other pictures.
