i like it dude… i see that yellow at the bottom right corner though… i think it might look better if you bring that yellow up somewhere else in the design to add a little variety and balance… maybe a little of that yellow around the top left of the character might look nice.. looks good though man ! good work!
I think the colors are great. Are you doing this digitally? If so, the only thing I can think of is to make the talk bubble thingy a little more contrasty to try and emphasize the 3-D quality it has so it pops out at you like the figure at the bottom. Cool!! : )

Well I like it. I love the use of mixed media and spray. Adds more texture than just a flat vector graphic. Sweet.
