This is gorgeous Richie, great colour, composition everything! I’m curious as to your technique. Do you start with a photo and if so is it used as reference or for manipulation. What software do you use, I’m thinking Painter?

Thank you Jordan. You are right. I do start with a photo and there is a great deal of manipulation that goes on. I use three software programmes. PhotoArtMaster, Painter X and Photoshop CS3. Sometimes they take minutes, other times several hours. All three software packages are used in conjunction with each other.

Very beautiful but way too many bees for me. You could hear me scream from where you are!!

One of my favorite flowers – I would LOVE the opportunity to see a field like this. Oh I see you use PhotoArtMaster, Painter X and Photoshop CS3. I use Buzz Pro also from fo2pix and Photoshop CS2 and Painter IX as well as an application only for the Mac – Studio Artist.

Two peas in a pod. I thought that you might like this one ! It was a good thing, that I snapped it, when I did. A few wet days later and they’d had it.
