I was on my way to Abbeycymhir in Mid Wales ready for a 6 mile hike, when I noticed this old farmhouse up for sale … I just had to stop and explore …. it was empty and slightly derelict but so full of potential …....

    There was quite a bit of land with this and some great stone built stables and outbuildings … a place to fall in love with for sure :))

    How much is it going for Richie? And 5 images (I reckon 4 and a half hours here…..)

    Nicely textured as always, especially in the brickwork and on the mud tracks in the ground. It’s so detailed you could probably identify the vehicle from the tracks. (Although with 3 tracks did someone drive down here lost and then have to reverse back out? – I mean who would do that!)

    Originally, it was on the market for 800,000 !! But there were no takers, so it was split into land and property and the asking price came down to 350,000 …

    4.5hrs is about right !! You should get a job pricing derelict farmhouses :))
    I think the farmer was a fan of ’ Only fools & horses ’ and had a Reliant with tractor wheels on the rear !!

    Not tone mapping Aurora ….... about 4.5hrs work in Photoshop CS3, using 5 seperate images blended and layered together :))
