Model "un-modelling"
FEATURED: in Everyday Women February 2009.
—
A model catches a moment to rest. Captured at a broadcast industry trade show in Beijing in November 2008. This is my main image in a photo essay titled Models Un-modelling that I posted at JPG.
I post it here now because I just joined a group called People and Portraiture that asks for TWO of my best portrait shots.
What a challenge! If I were asked to pick only one, this would have been it for now. But two? Hmmm… I have too many second bests. Let’s see what I decide to post in the end.

Truly a beautiful portrait of this lovely girl caught during a very unguarded moment. Love the tight framing which places the emphasis on the strong diagonals created by her head & shoulder and her arm and collar…Makes for a beautifully balanced and harmonious image.
richardseah replied
Thanks Marion :-) Yes my style is usually tight framing, or what my friends and I call u”uptight”, LOL. Thanks for visiting and nice to know you.
