I have such a fascination with doors, as some of you may know from previous images of mine. I took this when I went to Europe last summer, and only stumbled upon it in my huge folder of images last week. Maybe it’s the contrast of the modern camera against the old, gorgeous door, or the simplicity or the overall image, but something just strikes me about this shot.
