    It’s the lighting and reflections under the boat that really make this for me. It adds a real shininess to it and makes the boat look new and waiting for its maiden voyage around and among the beautiful surroundings. The lovely layered hills provide a perfect backdrop together with the gorgeous pink and purple hued sky.

    Very nice Rich, I think this is my favourite of your work (for now). If only when I visited it was like that (I am cursed with rain at Derwentwater!).

    its really been one of the worst summers ever rain rain and more rain lets hope next year will be better. I almost did not take my cam out when I took this image I think the day had not been so good but the sky was starting to clear, I was dropping my kids of at the theater for there drama club and went into crow park with the dogs when the light just became magic I know its not exactly an original location for photography but I was really pleased with the results.
