I am a native Texan and my family came here in 1822 with Austin’s Old Three Hundred, the first 300 families to settle the state. My great grandparents homesteaded in King County, Guthrie, Texas around 1860. My grandfather and my great uncles were all employed as cowboys on the famous 6666 Ranch. My grandfather was the county clerk of King county after his cowboy days were over. My love of horses came down the line to me and my cousin was the foreman/manager of the 6666’s and trainer of the great Hollywood Gold.
I use all Nikon equipment from a D70 to a D300. My lenses are all Nikkor and range from an 18-70 to an 80-400. I also use Nikon SB600 and SB800 flashes.
