Oscar Wilde – “The Picture of Dorian Gray”
niceone, I was there yesterday
So was I! At 3:45pm! Check the time stamp on your photos. Don’t tell me….. one day it’s going to happen, has to. Thanks Lois.
12.10 so way before you, I was laden with xmas pressies and camera gear. 1 day will bump into you but i will be looking for a dark tree with late blues sky. :)
Well I might be slightly better off? Small girl, in blue jacket with red ribbons in her hair and toting a Canon 50D witha 200mm lens and dragging a trolley full of christmas presents. I’ll keep my eyes peeled :—))
oh haha im still small but no more blue coat or pigtaisl
Well you could wear them, just so I could recognize you :-)
Love the shot and the conversation in comments :-))
Thanks BC. Great to see so much of your writing posted in the short time you have been with us.
LOL at you and Lois!! ;o))
What a fantastic moment in time very well caught my friend! Did you see it about to eventuate, or did you just turn around at the THE right moment? :-DWhichever, just love it! A fave for me! :o)))
Thanks Ell, I just stepped up onto the colonnade and both photos just played out infront of me in about 30 secs. Another lucky Rhoufi shot :—)))
Too cool for school – now this is candid photography at its best. Good on you!!!
I would love to claim careful anticipation and execution Gwynne, but it was just handed to me as a gift. Thanks for the lovely comment.
Thanks Jeff(s). Are you all called Jeff?
Hahaha Jock is fabulous! Brilliant timing Rhoufi and I love the nonchalant response from the assailed walker.
Thanks Georgie, had to poke my nose in there, taking Ell’s lead, and there was Jock ready for anything. Funny her face was calm, but the girl did lift her leg away from the ferocious Scot, just in case. He was strong enough to lift his owner off her haunches :-)
Yes, I am called “jeff” !
If Jock drew blood, Rhoufi, would it be a matter of pondering whether to apply a tournequet, or change to the 50 mm lens?
I wouldn’t hesitate, I’d go for the tournequet, Geof, wouldn’t you? Practical, but cheeky, that’s for sure.
