Harlequin Buddah
This piece is playful and pure with a serenity born of limited colors and simple design elements. In the artist’s opinion dieties can be joyful(as well they should be!). The painting should make the viewer smile.

and it does make one smile :)
wow, the way you paint is incredible – those hands and gorgeous pudgy feet lol and i enjoy that it looks ambiguous too .. could be walking across a bridge that is obscured from view (work with me here) or in a boat .. either way, travelling, which for me really encapsulates the buddah too :)

Thanks PJ! He walks a path of purity edged in gold with arms outstretched and beatific countenance. I am humbled by your accolades. If the Buddah doesn’t make you smile who can? Oh that’s right you,,, the Buddah is within. Cheers, Rhino
