Profile
I am a self taught artist working on large canvases 48” x 48” usually, but I have painted larger and smaller. I use bright acrylic colors and my themes are generally happy, albeit introspective at times. I am inspired by Vincent Vangogh’s passion and frantic need to paint prolifically. I am iconoclastic in thought but staid and rather “normal” in my behavior and dress. I love most art and music and enjoy talking about art with friends. When I am in a painting mode, I like to eat green olives stuffed with garlic,tomatoes/mozzarella/basil sliced and drizzeled with olive oil, and drink red wine (cabernets are my favorites), while listening to anything from opera, hard rock, techno,and new age music.
