The Difference Between Good and Bad is Nothing

My first piece of poetry on here, I hope you can appreciate it.
The Difference Between Good and Bad is Nothing belongs to the following groups:
United KingdomI’m sitting here and I can’t see any more
I can’t see
Maybe I just need more sleep
But there’s something
Calling me
Nagging me
At the back of my mind
Saying, “Something isn’t right
With this life
Staying up all night and
Trailing around all day
Like a shadow
Like the shadows under your eyes
Like the bruises on your thighs.”
In the background of the song
Playing through my speakers
There’s a whisper
Saying “Change something, or
Change nothing at all
In ten years’ time
It’s all the same.”
You’re not a hero until you die.
You’re not anybody, in the eyes
Staring back at you from the broken mirror.
You shiver, shake, break
But in five years’ time
It’s all the same.
Who are you?
Another lost and broken soul?
But there is no loss
Just wandering
There is no break
Just suffering
You are no great and all-powerful
God, no Messiah, no next big thing,
You are just another
Dirty crawling apeish traitor
Fighting against the tide
Until it takes you.
But there is no taking -
Only giving in.
