G’day all you wonderful folk who have me in their watch list. I appologise for going a little quiet of late, but life has been busy. I have two major porjects at work and I have recently started as an assistant scout leader for my sons pack.

To comment or not to comment???
What is the general consensus, when people comment on your work should you respond with another comment?
My current thinking is that it would incorreclty inflate the number of comments your work is getting and the people who your responding to probably will never see you response anyway.

I’ve noticed that some people I have had on my watch list have disappeared and all trace of their activities have also gone. Does this mean they have cancelled their accounts?
Very sad if so.
Holiday done, next Christmas
We’ve just returned from our annual holiday on Moreton Island and now I can’t wait for Christmas so I can give out the presents I’ve bought (partly because I can’t remember what I bought now???).
The break was great and now I will be posting a few photo’s from the holiday.

First outing with the new camera
My first opportunity to wield the new weapon appeared in the form of a business trip to Coogee Beach in Sydney. Sadly the weather was a little ordinary and I only had a couple of small windows of opportunity outside other commitments.

Great surprise!!
I got home from work yesterday, not feeling the best with a bit of a cold, and I went upstairs for a little granny nap. My wife followed me up soon after, lay on the bed and said “I bought you anearly Christmas Present” and plonked a big gift wrapped box on my chest.
