Welcome to my RedBubble page. I am the photographer of Revive The Light Photography and the digital artist behind Digital Serenity.

Art to me cannot be expressed in a simplistic manner. There are many different forms of art, and there are a myriad of ways of how it can be conveyed and interpreted. That is the reason why art is completely subjective. However, there is one prominent factor that I feel should be a recapitulation of what art should be. Art should be a form of one’s self-expression.

Photography, despite it being labeled broadly as art, is a form of expression. While some individuals have a preconceived notion that photography is merely a documentation or still record of an event that occurred with just a snap of the shutter, it is much more than that. While it may be true that a camera is a tool designed to render an image as close to its limits as it can in a two-dimensional medium. Photography is meant to be a visual experience designed to connect the artist with the viewer.

My purpose as an artist is to create images that will resonate deeply with the individual. I want to create images that will evoke a positive reaction from people and create images that will leave the viewer with positive feelings of peace, solace, and hope. What I capture into my camera will never fully convey what I saw when I shot the image. My motivation as an artist is to illustrate images that will inspire people and motivate them to feel more connected with the world around them. I want to create a photography portfolio that reflects my personal self-expression as an artist.
