The latest transmission from the Fourth Mission to the outer reaches of the known Universe is telling in that we see the surface of the newly discovered, newly named, dwarf planet Sirotulpe. And on that surface appears to be an old rocket launch facility reminiscent of the early launches back on Earth of the second half of the 20th Century. What is it doing out here 105 parsecs from the Earth’s solar system. Obviously it must be the technology of another lifeform and a technology that was on a par with Earth technology albeit six centuries ago. We have instructed the mission to thoroughly catalogue this discovery.
Awaiting further information.
