Planet of the Green Mist

Diaschylucius Major, third planet of the Amygdal Galaxy in the Eleventh System, with its three suns, only the distant one is shown in this image, a deadly little planet – toxic atmosphere, nothing edible, no vegetation and high radiation. But the strange coloured rock formations are a feature. Planet of no strategic interest and terraforming would be futile.
Created in Artmatic Voyager with added elements created in Bryce 6/DAZ and Photoshop CS2.
Criticism always welcome.

Great colors, a place to photograph if not emigrate, eh?

  • retepk replied 20 days ago

Thank you very much Syd. It is quite a photogenic place. It’s a pity about the toxic atmosphere though but the green mist does wonders for one’s complexion though.lol

Many thanks Keith. Tourist ships and glass panels?? Great ideas. I’ve heard that people are already looking at space tourism. I wonder how long it will be before we see the first commercial, tourist space flight?

Ok, now I’m envious…such detailed terrains..how do you do it?

Many thanks Eric. Terrains are created in Artmatic Voyager. A Mac OS software program developed by the same developer as Bryce. Very easy to use.
