Countryside by the rivers path, watercolor
I created this at Braille yesturday. I went in not really knowing what to paint, so you can say I painted from my soul yesturday, maybe this was where I really wanted to be, secretly. lol
I learned how to drop paint on wet paper then turn it from siide to side so it runs, I then added a splash of more colorin yellows and redswith paint brush. Since I am color blind now days I can’t see much color. so tend to use intense colors, as you can see from the blue, but it looked to me as tho the colors were to much in the tan/brown hues, so blue broke it all up. This was a pleasure to createand just let myself feel the creation of this piece.
landscape, realism, tree, mountains, browns, greens, waterscape, water, blue, sky, sunset, watercolor
I am self taught, only been painting since 2010 . I started a art class at Braille Institute in La Jolla, and I was scared to death, ,since I had only painted as achild in ceramics, and stayed away from any other kind of art till last year.
I am legally blind, so have barely any color and no depth preception.
I love painting in watercolor and I hope my works is appreciated, I just want you to watch my progress, cause I will paint till I can no longer see.
