Flower Girl - Fine Art Print
This sweet flower girl portrait started with an image of my daughter and took several hours to complete.
Several layers of florals and vines, in various transparencies, embossing effects and textures were added. I also did air brushing, oil brush work, and drew in all of the hair by hand.
This work of art was completed using Corel Painter X and Photoshop.

Thank you very much Von! Prior to the photo bug getting me I painted and drew a lot. I was even fortunate enough to be published in Home Decorating & Decorative Painting magazines. I put my brushes down a few years ago but did not realize, until recently, how very much I missed my art and creating! The Painter program has opened this door back up for me and I’m very excited about it :)

Thank you very much Eva & Klaus. My daughter wasn’t overly impressed with me when she saw this because I changed it so much. She said “Mom….I don’t have blonde hair!”...lol I also changed the eye color. I just explained to her that she was the inspiration for a work of art I had in mind.
