This beautiful Broad-Winged Hawk is blind in one eye and is one of the resident birds in the rehabilitation program at the Howell Nature Center, Howell, MI.
Beautiful picture Renee – love the composition with the tree. How sad that it has lost an eye but nice that he is safe in a sanctuary !
Thanks Roy . Yes they do a wonderful job at the Nature Center with all the injured animals and try their best to return them to the wild if at all possible. I always appreciate your kind comments :)
