Alexandra Jack

I have just graduated Uni it has taken me 6 years but the Lord has been with me all the way. He understands how I feel and he will not let me go he will come running after me and wait for me to turn to him. When I was at Uni and going through a hard time and suffering depression he gave me this picture in my head I suspose you would call it a vision first I saw the back of a child and father sitting on a couch and the father had their arm around the child then I had another picture of a father cradeling a child in his arms and brushing his hand over their brow. This child was me and the Father was God. This had a very powerful impact on my life. We all may have had different life journeys but God loves us all the same he does not favour one child over another and we can encourage one another by giving God the glory for what he has done in our lives. When the world sees how we have handled the hardships of life they will come and ask us questions and we will be able to point them to Jesus and what he did on the cross. The only way that people will see Jesus is through our lives. I just praise God that I am a new creature in Christ and it is his doing I had nothing to do with it except respond to his gift.
