I know that most people may not actually be interested in the person on the other side of the computer screen, so I have a feeling that very few people will read this page.
My name is Carolyn Langreder.
Most people online know me as Rena Innocenti.
I am a girl who was born on the 29th of October.
I am older than 21.
I am madly and completely in love with my boyfriend.
My hair is naturally brown, though strands of silver are starting to show through.
I am roughly 5’7”, and I’m fine with that.
I love Halloween, autumn, thunderstorms and fireflies.
I work at a camp during the summer, teaching children how to work with bows and arrows.
I am an artist.
I have been an artist from the time that I could think, perhaps even before then.
I have been developing my own unique way of creating, making many failed attempts as time has passed.
I know that an artist grows, and keeps growing, their unique style forever changing with the tide.
Oh, how many times I’ve looked back at my old artwork and hated it—but—I’ve looked back just as many times, if not more, and said “well done girl”.
I know that I’ve made mistakes.
I know that some of my art isn’t what it could be.
Then again, everything is not what it could be.
It is what it is.
It is art.
Art isn’t labeled by medium.
Art isn’t locked inside the definition of song, dance, pencils, pen, paint, paper, words or anything!
Art is everything.
Art is doing something that you are good at.
Art is something through which passion is expressed.
Art is just a general term to describe a person’s ability to emote.
If you don’t believe me, that is fine.
Just be willing to understand this:
I am an artist.
Nothing you say or do can dissuade me from this path.
Everyone has their regrets.
Art is not, nor will it ever be, my regret.
Having fun in the real world,
