I have spent most of my working life as a decorator . Two years ago my father fell ill and I decided to give up my decorating business to look after him. I don’t have any regrets as its given me precious time to get to know a wonderful man and a fantastic Dad.
My passion for photography comes from my father , when I was a child I remember him developing 35mm film using our bathroom as his darkroom. It took me along time to awaken my passion for photography but now I can’t stop capturing everything that catches my eye. There is a wide selection of photos for you to view and my ability doesn’t always match my eye but I am learning new things every day . The Nikon D60 I use was bought 18 months ago [August 2008], this is my first real camera. In time and as money permits I would like to upgrade to a Nikon D800 but that’s just a dream as I no longer have a wage coming in. We all have a dream . My camera has reawakened my love of nature and when I get time to myself I like nothing more than to get out in to the countryside and capture the sights I see.
Please take a little time to look at my work, there maybe something you like or even would like to buy. I welcome your comments and will do my best to reply to them all. As of 3/12/2011 now using a Nikon D5100 and my D60. Just bought a Nikon Coolpix S5300 pocket camera great deal on Ebay 18/2/2014.
Kindest regards to you all, Mark. My father died on the 8/7/2014 . RIP Dad .

After a 9 month fight with a brain tumour my Brother David died this morning . He was a keen photographer even though he only got interested 18 months ago . I will miss his humour and his love of nature which had brought us closer together over the last couple of years . He was going to join Redbubble but his illness cut short his photography . We as a family will miss him so much . Mark.
