This again was taken in Selborne Village. I couldn’t resist shooting this sign. I asked this chap if I could take his picture but I really just wanted the sign. As it turned out having him there helps the shot.

Hahahaha! I’m sure that must be illegal! You should buy a jar and see what’s floating in it…ewww!! ;D
I wonder why its young girls , do you think its because of the size of their hands for fitting inside jars . Who knows! thanks !
What a great find and capture, lovely candid shot.
Thank you Andrea, this is a great little workshop full of wooden objects carved from wood from the forest that surrounds Selborne.
did you see any pickled girls
The work shop is right next to one of the two village pubs. I expect there are a few pickled ones on a Friday and Saturday night. Thanks Lynn.
OMG! this made me laugh! I’m amazed you could hold a straight face.
I love old signs like this, in those days I doubt if anyone thought anything of it. Thanks Mischa.
This is a classic my friend! I love the old looking trunk out in front. I must find one of those some day here in the states. Loved your comment about pickled ones at the pub…I laughed so hard I almost shot my morning drink of milk out my nose! Warm Regards, Peechez
Ha, love it! And finally it adds something that the old chap is in the picture as well ;))))
Doubt he gets any inquiries! LOL. Great shot! Got a giggle here.Cordially, Ellen
