This snail didn’t stay on our lily’s long, I removed it after a few shots to a better safer place for snails.

I am a 53 year old ageing Hippy with a love of nature . A romantic at heart but sadly single. I used to be a decorator but since my father became ill I have given up my business to care for him full time . When I have time to myself I like nothing more than to get out into the woods or the countryside and capture the sights around me. I hope you enjoy seeing what I see. Thanks for viewing. Kind regards Mark.

Wow, what a wonderful happenstance…great capture!

  • Thank you Randi, right place and time . I had another moment like this with two small white butterflies mating but the shutter speed was wrong so it was just a blurrrrrr of white wings, shame really. Thanks , have a great weekend , regards mark.

The wonders of nature. I’m sure Mr. Snail was on his way out of there anyways….Jules

  • We had a sharp shower a while before and I think it was ‘rushing’ to get from a to b before the sun dried everything up again. Thanks Jules.

    That’s terrific Mark!

  • Thank you Angie, It was fun searching for these, we had a short sharp shower an hour earlier so I thought there might be some around. At least they move slowly unlike the darn bees ,the bane of my life at the moment. Just can’t get them in focus. Cheers! mark.

Awesome shot and I’m happy you removed him to a safer place.

  • Thank you very much Sue, I couldn’t leave it there the birds would have had it for lunch, anyway I might come back as a snail you never know. Not my Preferred choice of creature to return as. Have a great weekend, kind regards, Mark.
