Last GoodBye, i know it is a little late for his 10th anniversary of death but i miss him as do lots of other people. This is in memory of Jeff Buckley, if you havent heard his work i don’t believe you, :P
‘Shrek’ has Hallelujah in it by him, but no fear just check out his music, it is where most my inspiration comes from :)
Hope he can inspire you also

Hi rekha, it’s very sad we lost him too soon. He left us with songs that will continue to inspire and always be a part of our lives.

I’ve had ‘Last Goodbye’ playing in my head all day, ever since I saw your image with that title this morning. Jeff’s music is great.

Shrek has Hallelujah in it sung by Rufus Wainwright, but that’s ok, I much prefer Jeff’s version.

Missing this beautiful voice too.
“Last goodbye” is one of my favourites
Too young to pass away. But now he sings with the angels.
May he rest in peace for ever

Yes, I fell in love with him when I heard the song “Hallelujah” on The O.C. Went out and got the album.

wow has it been 10 years i seen jeff buckley live in westurn australia got to meet him and the band of which they bummed all my smokes but they supplied me with enough cold beverage to make it one of my all time best nights ever it was truly a magic scene in a outdoor amphitheatre hes voice was just totally amazing he blew the crowd away and was just a normal humble dude with an amazing gift very unfortunate what happened but some of us just cant handle the pain of the day to day struggle i suppose and i respect his decision to just walk on
RIP

Jeff was one of the greats along with Hendrix and many others. His work is outstanding. His father Tim was another great…

Anyone who doesn’t know Jeff’s work can listen to some clips from his last (I would argue his best) recording at amazon’s sampler

Hallelujah is by far the most emotive peace of music i have ever heard. As soon as i hear the deep breath and the first cords of an acustic being struck, it stops me in my trackes the hairs on my arms and neck stand to attention and all i can do is be still and let his voice wash over me. washing away every thought and fealing in my head and then when every thing is sweped away all that remains is the memory of being in true love. RIP (sorry for the essay)

oh yea we love that man here in this house!
my partner sings and plays alot of his songs, he is a huge inspiration to my man, who is a muso himself…
Such a tragedy when the talented beautiful souls leave this world too soon….
his voice was one of the best i’ve ever heard…
RIP Jeff Buckley…and his father too, who was also brilliant.

Once again a rare soul was taken away too early….
I was fortunate enough to see him play about 13 years ago in a little cavern in London. An audience of 30 and one plug socket….his voice gave us wings to fly!!!
I miss him….xx
