Moonbeams on a starry night
Shivering raindrops in their flight
Mellow is the Winter sky
In Galaxies away up high
Sapphire sparkles in my dream
White diamonds catch that still moonbeam
Evergreen scents waft through the air
Weeping willows with dancing flair
Shadows sway upon the ground
The earth, in harmony with no sound
O moonbeam now where have you gone?
Softly, slowly moves a fawn
Cool mist you wash over my face
My eyes, my lips, a gentle grace
Embrace me now, as time is nigh
And I will breathe into a sigh.
Ofttimes when things seem bright and clear….they aren’t really. The air is always moving.
