=) This is the pedestrian and bicycle tunnel in Kingston, NJ, USA, which runs under route 27. I didn’t relish going into the tunnel, especially because it was damp from the heavy downpours we had last week. The locals suffered flooding, high winds, downed trees and loss of electricity for days. At first, I just stood at the edge of the tunnel taking some photos…but the way the photos were turning out made me go inside for more. Next thing I know, I am in the middle of it, liking it!! Well, okay, it was kind of creepy. The things my camera makes me do! =) 18 March 2010 @ 1522 226 views as of 27 January 2012

This is such a neat photo… the sepia and shiny reflection work so well together. Glad you took the picture — not sure if I’d want to venture in there, either! :o)

  • haha. Thanks Jessica! The black and white version was interesting but the water really took on a shine in the sepia. =)

  • Heheh…yes, I’m a regular crime fighter, just called the police today to report a fire starting in the tree mulch pile in the park. LoL. And I may not carry a gun but I do have pepper spray…don’t mess with me.
