The Human Condition
German political philosopher, Hannah Arendt, has greatly influenced my thinking. Her work, The Human Condition and The Life of the Mind are two favorites. She wrote, ““No cause is left but the most ancient of all, the one, in fact, that from the beginning of our history has determined the very existence of politics, the cause of freedom versus tyranny.”
Arendt fled Europe with the rise of the Nazis, eventually settling in New York City.

Your narrative is so powerful, each new frame moves us along the story arc. Thanks for this novel Mary Ann… or is it a biography? Regardless it is authentically introspective. What a stunning use of post processing.
