Beautiful
That ethereal and often intangible sense of something being incredible and nothing less than Beautiful.

Exactly – perception ! But when you go further and further into thinking about why, it becomes very intangible and drowned in silence.

I was interpreting POV as Povo or poverty, instead of point of view. I try to keep it simple, but it doesn’t last long, usually ! :)

Everything is beautiful in it’s own way .. hmm might have quoted somebody …............I have superb beautiful blue sky fluffy whiite clouds drifting along in dream land above me ….superb flowers in the yard ,superb birds bringing their babies for me to feed ,and also….. mum butcher bird took bub for a swim in the bird bath earlier today ..Yes ! taught it how! and baby had to be told to get out!

I suppose I think of something as beautiful if it makes my heart happy or moves me emotionally in some way. For me it is more about emotion-good or bad. It is different for diffferent people. Some people see a lot of beauty around them and some people see no beauty around them at all. Great work, James.

It’s not always that emotional for me. More a feeling of awe and amazement. It’s a very sad existence for the people who see nothing as beautiful !
This was just based on a question of why something is beautiful, what it makes you feel like, and what the real meaning of beautiful is. The further you dig searching for that definition, it’s just like you “know” that it is and that’s enough for you.

Beauty is what you perseve it as-how do you know when you’ve seen it? when it touches deep inside you are warms your heart and brings you happiness. What gives us are perseption of what is beautiful-i think largely our life experiences. A very thought provecking question

And I add this – all over the world we have an instinctive awareness of what is awesome, incredible, stunning and beautiful. It’s very raw and instantaneous when we see or experience it. It’s built into our very essence to recognize it immediately.

Thanks Blossom ! It’s a question that I’ve thought about many times. Getting into photography and all the places and images really intensified my wanting to know why is something beautiful, and why isn’t it. Thanks for the compliment and the Fave !
