Wallsend (New South Wales, Australia) had their annual “Winter Carnivale” today. It was supposed to be on almost a month ago, but the weather was wet that day so they rescheduled it to today and it turned out to be a perfect, sunny day.
The “Winter Carnivale” included a Grand Parade and Market Stalls, Street Performers, Carnival Rides, a few Circus acts, a Show & Shine, a Mini Zoo and Local Musical Acts. I spotted this blow-up fighting ring where people could bash each other with Padded Batons and it reminded me of Gladiators fighting. Everyone who paid to have a go at this game had a Blast getting stuck into it!
All of the shots were captured as RAW files, taken with a Canon 450D and a standard Canon 55 – 250 mm.
