Newcastle Museum celebrated it’s First Birthday on the weekend of the 4th and 5th Of August 2012 at it’s new location in the Honeysuckle area of inner Newcastle. The event was called the “Carnival Of Wonder” and there were Jugglers, Face Painting and Hoola-Hoop for the kids, as well as a performance by Circus Dogs and Camel rides for the whole family.
It’s the first time I’ve ever had the opportunity to photograph camels and I was happy to be able to add another kind of creature to the list of my animal portraits.
