    Gorgeous view and capture James!!!

  • Thanks Cheryl! :) I stood in that spot a few years ago with the Sony and this time around I was looking all over the beach for the right moments.

Lovely postcard James its a really pretty view

  • It is a great view – iconic in my city. I missed out being allowed to walk the grounds of the lighthouse the other weekend (very rarely open) where I could have got some totally new angles – next time!

Wonderful James, such a great beach beautfully captured! I was there a few weeks ago and am again on the 25th YAY :)

  • Thank you, it is a great spot with so many possible angles/scenes, and I haven’t even been on the sand with the camera yet. Do you have relatives here? :))

    What a wonderful scene!!!

  • Thanks Kim, it is! I was really waiting for the sunset shoot overlooking the harbour but there were too many clouds for a fiery sunset.

I haven’t surfed at Nobby’s for about 20 years!! nice shot James and I like what you’ve done with it

  • That’s about the last time I surfed there, too. It looked nice plain but I wanted to experiment with a bit of simple design.
