Inga Azalea by reflector

Currently unavailable for purchase

An untouched digital photograph of a very colourful flower called an Inga Azalea, captured with a Canon 450D.

I enjoy the whole creative process from beginning to end and seek to discover and portray the world in all of it’s rich, intense colours and interesting forms, textures and subjects. I draw inspiration from the harmonious colour schemes often present in the natural environment when creating my Graphic Designs, or composing a Photograph or other work.

Very nice macro reflector – interesting assymetric shape and great colour consciousness. Love the lustre of the dark green leaves adding an extra visual element. Good to see you learning those flower names :)

  • I won’t remember this flowers name in a week or two and I would have no clue if not for the little plastic name tag in the flower pot. :)) Thanks for dropping by Shallay ! I had to place the plant in front of another one to make a more interesting background.

Your eye for floral is just fantastic James

  • Thanks Larry ! I moved the plant into a better position to take advantage of the bokeh from the plant behind it.

It is a beautiful two-toned flower. What a beautifully composed floral. xx

  • Thanks a lot Lori ! It was the only flower on the bush that hadn’t started to go brown on the ends, otherwise I would have pulled back to show more of the plant. :)x

lovely photo indeed….the flowers stands out beautifully from the background

  • Thank you ! To accentuate the bokeh I moved the pot plant so it was about one foot away from the greenery at the back

Beautiful macro shot. I love the detail in this shot. Good contrast and beautiful colors!
  • Thank you ! It took a while, waiting for the breeze to settle and then take another shot.
