I enjoy the whole creative process from beginning to end and seek to discover and portray the world in all of it’s rich, intense colours and interesting forms, textures and subjects. I draw inspiration from the harmonious colour schemes often present in the natural environment when creating my Graphic Designs, or composing a Photograph or other work.

Wow looks great! I like the loner, paddling in the presence of such awe. So dignified don’t u think?

  • Thanks Katherine, it was a big contrast – his small kayak in all that open space and that huge Ship on the left ! He’s not really a loner – I got a shot of his girlfriend or wife paddling past the same spot a few seconds earlier ! A first date, or a novel thrill, who knows ? :)

    Fantastic photo and work Reflector.

  • Thanks Jacqui ! It’s a great location that has lots to shoot, though at times it feels like that spot has been exhausted.

Do you remember the lone surfer who blockaded at Mrs Macquarie Chair in 1988 about the tall ships & radioactive vessels entering the Harbour, He grabbed the hull & surfed like a Dolphin!?

  • Maybe ? There have been quite a few risky acts performed by people protesting – it’s hard to keep up with it all. :))

Marvellous work, James. Nice grungy, industrial feel to this!

  • You described our city perfectly – it’s got a long history of heavy industry, though light manufacturing is taking over now. Thanks for your comment Mike.
