Skatetribe - Invert No Text by

A skateboarding trick where you gain enough speed to easily ride out of the top of a ramp, and start to crouch down and grab hold of your board just before exiting the coping. You then continue to hold your board firmly and physics throws you upside down above the top of the ramp. You look down at the ramp the whole time, waiting for gravity to make your board enter / touch down on the ramp again and let go of your board a fraction of a second after that. If you hold onto your board too long you will start to over-rotate and fall very hard side-ways onto the ramp [ called a " Slam " ] – been there done that ! :))
If you slam really heavily you’ll get a big Purple Bruise the size of an Orange that might grow a scab on it after a day or two – that’s called a Hipper. It makes any skater feel like they are an old man for a few days – kind of Arthritic.

I enjoy the whole creative process from beginning to end and seek to discover and portray the world in all of it’s rich, intense colours and interesting forms, textures and subjects. I draw inspiration from the harmonious colour schemes often present in the natural environment when creating my Graphic Designs, or composing a Photograph or other work.

    very very cool.

  • Thanks MT ! I was happy with this one and I’m keen to make some more but I don’t want to appear to be dominating the Skate and Extreme sport clothing sections. I must make more of this Art than other people so even with a break here and there it looks like I’m flooding those groups, but I’m not really – I’m actually holding back..

dominate away. if others think your hogging it let them take it from you.

  • I thought about that option, but there are many other groups with Clothing sections so I’ll put designs in there until some more art is put in those sport groups.
Did you know that I sold my first T-Shirt to Stevie Millgate a moderator of the Extreme Sports Group about a week ago ?
