WOW- those are some golden tones- gorgeous

Thanks a lot Dawn. I put the focus of attention heavily on the sun beam. Glad that you like it !

Thanks heaps cheryl. Your comment is fantastic and greatly appreciated !
wellman
a cracker of a sunset – normally I skim over sunset images but this demands attention
reflector
It’s actually a sunrise Wellman, it just doesn’t look like one much after the treatment ! Thanks for the compliment and dropping by to look.
Michelle Boyer
Fabulous shot- love the harshness
reflector
Thanks a lot Michelle ! That light was blinding. But in this version I processed it heavily and liked those claret-like tones on the edges of the sand and strong silhouettes that were resulting.
Norma Blackburn
Beautiful shot of a Newcastle icon. Might have to try and get in there one morning myself.

Thanks Twinmum ! I wasn’t the only person snapping away at Nobby’s that morning. You should check it out for sure. I gather you are a Novocastrian or live pretty close by.
Melissa Kirkham

Twinmum, your portfolio makes me feel embarrassed with the standard of my photography !

Forest Friends...
Interesting & different, love the tones.
reflector
Thanks Forest ! ( Just had to put it like that because it sounds so strange to me ! ) I am grateful for the comment.
P.S : You are the fist web designer / freelancer that I’ve come in contact with on RB.
Antanas
Great capture, well done
reflector
Thanks Antanas. The beach in this scene may well be the most popular thing to photograph in our whole town. I’ve been there a million times without a camera, but this day I went to take photos and I got about four good shots of our famous beach and lighthouse ( on that hill ).
