Thanks Lori ! It was actually fairly smooth water but I adjusted the filter I applied to emulate heavy brush strokes and made it look a lot choppier. It was cool to see them suddenly take off and zoom up the river. :))

I have about 4 other shots as they progressively got closer too and two have the rocks and a surfer riding a wave in the foreground plus a few Yachts and a Tug Boat in the back of the scene.
