Where: Ashridge Estate in Bedfordshire
Person: Random Guy On Bicycle
I’m not sure I should mention why there’s a lot of mist in this shot or not, suffice to say the forest is still standing and no trees were harmed in the making of this shot!
We popped out for a walk/photo opportunity in Ashridge, Bedfordshire, UK to hopefully catch some Autumn colours. The tree’s were turning but not really enough for a colourful scene. The place was packed with people and it was difficult to get a shot without someone remarking, “wow that’s a big camera” or “do you do photography for a living?” or “what are you doing, can you see smoke?”
A few shots in and a whole bunch of cyclists went passed, this guy was going quite slowly so it was picked up on camera.
I hope you like it.
Canon 5D MkII, 24mm TSE at 24mm, f/8, 1/15 sec, ISO 100. No filters used. Cropped and stretched from it’s original landscape format.
