My Photography as Art is in its infancy. It is also something that I have a biting passion for, and something that will keep me up nights waiting for that first kiss of sun, so I may again try my hand at glimpsing a stolen moment in nature.

The above is my romantic notion of my photography. The reality that seeps in, is that I am a mom of twin 4 year old girls: and of the near 50,000 photos I have amassed in the last few years, most are of them, taken well after sunrise!

As a mother, I am dutifully obliged to preserve the lives of my children, through portraiture, spontaneous snap-shots and milestone documentation. As a photographer I am drawn to the natural world my children are exploring daily. Attempting as I might, to encapsulate the macro and the micro, the vague and the intricate – as my minds eye sees it – all through the lens of my camera.

My pictures here will be representative of these other subjects I shoot. . . those I am anxious to share, hungry to have critiqued, and inspired to capture.

I am also the Owner and Designer for a custom photo editing and digital scrapbooking company. I work with my customers pictures to tailor personal mementos for all occasions.
