Icy Wonders
Just a poem that popped into my head.
Icy Wonders belongs to the following groups:
Equine Art and PhotographyAs i take a step outside
i see the frost glistening
My heart jumps for joy
as i see my horse’s breath take leave.
The fields are frozen silent
As i and my horse gallope together
Our hearts joining as one
As the ice melts because of it.
my cheeks of rosey red
lay gently on my steeds neck
as we stop to take a breath
from running as one.
He looks into the field
With an icy spark in his eye
I watch his nostrils flare
as i look at his icy breath.
We walk home
Enjoying the view
As the sunsets
into the the west.
My heart sinks
with sun
as it is the last itme today
that i see my horse’s icy breath.
