It’s crazy cool how close I can get now, but three main problems persist. 1, subjects are harder to keep in focus since the mechanical parts of the camera move. 2, I go from a full frame to a FOV the size of a dime, so now I am forced to take pictures of only small areas. And 3, not enough light. before I had plenty of light, almost too much for macro work, but now I have to slow the shutter down even with an ISO of 400. This sucks since my lights for macro work inside the house are cool lights. Food and insects were a problem, now I am not sure….
