Woodbridge Tide Mill

Number of views as of 31st January 2015 = 290.

There has been a tide mill here at Woodbridge (Suffolk) on the River Deben for over 800 years.

The present structure was built in 1793 and by the 1950s it had become the last working tide mill in England.

It finally closed in 1957, but was restored and opened to the public in 1973.

Date: 29th July 2013.
