Poole Bay
Poole Bay
The broad sweep of Poole Bay, stretching from Poole in the West, past Bournemouth and Boscombe out to Hengistbury Head.
This was taken from Canford Cliffs, the deserted beach confirming the belief that the best parts of Bournemouth are actually in Poole!
The White Cliffs in the distance are The Needles on the Isle of Wight.

Thanks Rikki. You might like to know (if you didn’t already) that as
well as Poole Bay, there’s the town of Poole and also Poole Harbour, its 93 miles of coastline making it one of the largest natural harbours in the world.
