TOO FUNNY!!…YES…IF WE HAD MORE ART IN THE SCHOOLS PERHAPS WE WOULD HAVE LESS PROBLEMS….UNFORTUNATELY THE POWERS THAT BE JUST KEEP WIDDLING AWAY AT ANYTHING THAT STRENGTHENS CREATIVITY IN THE BUDGET!
