Thrilled to see the long sleeved t’s, I have a friend who wouldn’t buy because she never wore the short sleeved ones, and these look great. My preference too. Lovely place, RB. awesome what about the colors? a few of my friends purchased some of my shirts and the colors were a bit muted? also some of the inks got a bit messy, making some of the colors off

I still feel it will really be Christmas for me when the system to reorganise our portfolio speeds up as I need to use it each time I upload a new photo to balance out the overview (therefore generating more sales – now you’re listening lol)... And please larger sizes for girls too. There are plenty of potential larger size customers in this world and many are female and men’s T’s really don’t look good on their beautiful voluptious shapes.

Long sleeve T’s- goodoh!
Hoodies- even better (if & when).
But the real kicker is the link btwn artist & buyer.
I have already been in contact with two of the artists i have bought work by & think it is absolutely awesome to have that dialogue possible as a matter of course/choice/whatever.
Have to say I feel a little slack, in that the flurry of activity an hour after the posting means I am not keeping up with the RB community fast enough.
I’ll be looking out for Helvetica & will definitely use as font de jour.

Fantastic! I was wondering when/if we’d have the option for long sleeves! There’s quite a bit of upgrading going on-great work!

As a pretty new bubbler, I have to tell you how glad I am to have become a part of
the RedBubble community. You provide everything that we artists need, without all
the unnecessary, overly-scripted, features that I deal with on other galleries I have.
You keep your pages clean, giving the focus of the page to the artworks and not
the GUI. I am so pleased with this site, that I am shutting down my Zazzle account,
as I do not like what they allow to be done with my artwork, I am unhappy with the
quality of their repros,and I hate their slow and cumbersome interface that takes me forever to get my work posted when I could otherwise be creating new artworks.

Extremely well done, RedBubble! Bravisimo!!

One more thing… my wife is asking if you could also get the women’s
spaghetti-strap type T’s, as they are also available from American Apparel.
It’s about the only thing she’ll wear from late spring through fall.

RB elves… I’d like to know when (if!) someone purchases my work, who they are so I can thank them personally. However, I still believe we have to respect their privacy to a certain degree, and not post the information publicly in journals

It’s the same concept as in a real world shopfront – you thank someone for making a purchase. You may even establish a relationship with some customers, gather a mailing list, inform them when you have a new product they might be interested in. You don’t post their purchase details on the wall of the shop for everyone to see.

Really think the long sleeve T is great and the rest of the updates are as well. Thank you.

RonniLeigh, we had kids’ tees, and they really didn’t sell. We’ll probably try again one day, but the problem for us (at a high level) is that the costs that go into selling a kids’ tee are almost equal to the adult tees — the garments aren’t much cheaper, yet the printing, packaging, handling, labor, love and care all cost the same. So that isn’t a “no” it’s a “not for the moment”.

Sabine, “larger sizes for girls” aren’t possible because they’re the largest “fitted female cut” that we can buy from American Apparel. However, the Unisex tee is available in larger sizes, and it’s still a pretty fitted cut. Either way, that’s all we can get from American Apparel right now. V-necks are something we want to do too.

Great Ideas…. keep moving

Sweet, I am going to have to come up with some t-shirt ideas and order some of these long-sleeves. It looks like it might show-off my ripping muscles ;)

I’d like to apologize to the community for not being very active since the summer. I started a doctorate degree and it is pathetically kicking my butt. I am usually at school for no less than 12 hours a day, so I really haven’t had time to get out and take any more pictures. I’m trying to make myself go out and relax on the weekends now, so hopefully this will turn my eye back on photos.

Justin, almost all of the t-shirts I sold was the children sizes. I think only one or 2 was adult size. I sold over 2 dozen t-shirts for children. And the children’s t-shirt wasn’t here very long so why not give it another try. I’m not the only one wanting children’s t-shirts.

I agree with Ronni, they should be made available, adults are more incline to purchase a childs t-shirt than art if priced right, afterall then they are getting 2 for 1, something for them to wear and a piece of art!

I think it would be excellent to have children’s t-shirts as well as the adults t’s. I ask Why should we single out the children? If their is a place for children then there should be clothing for them too…

Awesome!! Also i would really love to see Kids tee’s and Baby rompers, Here in ustralia theres a real shortage of reasonably priced hip clothing for kids, especially boys, and i know that i for one would be subbmitting some fun designs…...PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!
